Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

COURSES:

Courses are subject to class confirmation depending on the minimum number of students.

If the course is cancelled, the registration made may be transferred to the next class of the specific course or reused in any other course of the same hourly load and value.

The refund of the money can be made in case of cancellation of the course, deducting the administration fee of 5%.

If the enrolled student cannot attend the course on the specified date, he/she may transfer the enrollment to another course, provided that at least 10 working days prior notice is given to the course date.

All returns must be communicated in advance by email through the service channels. Products returned without this prior notice will be resent to the customer without prior consultation.


The situations for Exchange and Returns of products are as follows:

  • broken product

  • product defect

  • Operational error

  • product incompatibility

In any of the cases mentioned, our team, after being notified of the need for a return, will inform the customer how to proceed with the shipment of the product.

 

Important:

All returned merchandise must accompany the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
If there are signs of fall, misuse, intentionally damaged components, broken seals or physical damage of any kind or if the product does not return in the original packaging, the return will not be accepted. Therefore, we will send the product to the respective delivery address.
All products will undergo a technical analysis for verification after delivery at our headquarters.
Instant exchange within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, the total period for replacing or repairing the products is up to 30 days, as provided for by the Consumer Protection code.
Return and resending freight is always borne by the customer, and may be reimbursed in specific situations of store operational error at some stage of delivery.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the following cases:

  • In cases of return due to withdrawal of purchase;

  • Reshipments due to incompatibility, default or omission of the customer.

1 - Refund of values:

The refund of the values will only be carried out after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product(s) in our Company. For purchases made with Boleto, a deposit will be made in a current account within 10 working days.


2 - Faulty product

Complaints regarding product damage will not be accepted after 48 hours of receipt.

If you detect upon delivery that the product or packaging has been damaged during transport, refuse delivery immediately and contact us via email.

The exchange will be effected only after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the returned product(s). In the event of any discrepancy, such as absence of damage, signs of misuse or absence of accessories, we are exempt from accepting the return and making the exchange, being able to resend the product to you without prior consultation. Therefore, for your greater safety, make sure at the time of delivery if the product was damaged during transport.


3 - Product defect

Problems related to the defect, detected up to 7 days after receiving the goods, will be solved directly with the customer service.

However, returned products will undergo an analysis and, in case of discrepancy, will be returned to the address of origin. Differences can be:

  • Failure to find the defect;

  • Indication of misuse;

  • Product returned without all the accessories that make it up.
     

Problems related to defects, detected after 7 days from the date of receipt, will be resolved within the following period:


4 - Operational error (Product not in accordance with the order)

If you receive a product that is different from the product purchased, you must contact us via email reporting what happened within 48 hours of receiving the product, so that the correct product can be replaced.

 

5 - Product incompatibility

The choice of the product suited to their needs is the sole responsibility of the customer, and the information,  photos and illustrations presented in our website to assist in your purchase decision.

The information contained in our website is subject to change without prior notice, which implies the need for the customer to document in the way that best suits him all the information he deems relevant.
