WORKSHOP: CERTIFICATION AND LABELING OF LED LAMPS
OBJETIVO
This WORKSHOP deals with the main aspects related to INMETRO certification and PROCEL labeling for LED lamps.
It will technically address the performance characteristics of LEDs, the correlated standards and the INMETRO and Eletrobras Ordinances. The WORKSHOP aims to assist manufacturers and importers in the compulsory processes for certification of LED lamps, presenting the required requirements.

ALEXANDRE PAES LEME
Electrical Engineer graduated from CEFET-RJ. Technical coordinator of the Conformity Assessment Program in the lighting area. Technically responsible for the certification program for public lighting and led lamps.
ALFREDO BOMILCAR
Electrical Engineer graduated from FEI and post-graduated in Administration and Product Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been working in the Lighting area for over 25 years, with experience in Quality Assurance, with an emphasis on compliance and regulation of new products in the Brazilian and Latin American markets. EC Member 034.01: Lamps; and active participant in PROCEL /INMETRO regulations for LED products.
DANIEL BOUTS
Architect and Urbanist graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ. Specialist in Energy Efficiency by the Specialization Course on the Rational Use of Energy at UNIFEI. He has worked at Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A - Eletrobras since 2005, within the scope of the National Electric Energy Conservation Program - Procel, in which he is part of the nucleus responsible for managing the Procel Seal in the Lighting and Solar Water Heating segments.
JULIANA IWASHITA
Architect from FAU-USP, Master in Electrical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP. Member of Cobei, CB-03, where she works as Coordinator of the Commission of Technical Standards for Lighting Applications and Photometric Measurements. Member of CIE, IESNA and ASBAI. Professor of postgraduate courses in lighting. Director and consultant at EXPER Soluções Luminotécnicas.
VICENTE SCOPACASA
Electronic engineer with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He has experience in semiconductors, having worked in companies in the sector for more than 35 years. He works as a consultant and professor in postgraduate courses in solid state lighting.
